Welcome to Art Supplies Southland.
Welcome to our online store.
We (Simon and Sandra) started our business back in 2002. At the time there was no dedicated art store in the Invercargill / Southland area and we could see the need for a supplier of quality artists' materials.
We wanted our store to be a welcoming, friendly place where artists of all ages and abilities could get the products they need with good advice and good prices, and be a point of contact to other artists within the community. The support from our customers has been amazing and it is wonderful to see new generations coming in with as much enthusiasm as their parents and grandparents.
Our shelves are stocked with high quality brands such as Winsor & Newton, Daler Rowney, Chroma, Liquitex, Faber-Castell, Royal Talens, Fabriano, Arches, Sennelier, Taut-Art, Canson and Staedtler. As well as student quality brands like Reeves, Das, Fas, Jasart and Five Star, plus many more.
We stock everything you need for
Acrylic painting,
Oil painting,
Watercolour painting,
Pastel painting,
Drawing,
Sketching,
Pottery
and
Crafts.
As well As a comprehensive range of accessories that are functional And pretty cool.
We even have enamel paints And kitset models, a lot of artists books, and some Troop London bags that have been very popular.
We love to see new faces and make new friends.
So if you are an artist, a budding artist, a potter, a modeller, or just have someone in your life that you would like to treat, come in and see us.
If life is too busy for daytime shopping or you live further away, you can now browse and buy through our online store.
Products are being added as time allows, so we don't have everything on here yet, if you can't find what you need please send us an email, or phone us during business hours.

🖌 Saturday 10am to 1pm
🖌 Closed on Sundays/Public Holidays
